For consecutive high, prefer at least 10 Jack. Ace King is potentially the top statistically, which may be more delicate with King Jack lady or Lady
In most cases, you must protect your consecutive opening 2-3 times the value of big blinds to limit the number of your opponents.
For consecutive low (up to 8 and 9) prefer 4 and 5, 5 and 6.
